1. Public Beta

UNALGORA is currently in public Beta.

Features may contain bugs, change, become temporarily unavailable, or be redesigned as the platform develops.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, UNALGORA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, or error-free functionality.

Users should not rely on UNALGORA as the sole permanent storage location for important information or media.

2. User-generated content

Posts, comments, messages, profile information, Circle content, links, images, opinions, and other material created by users are the responsibility of the users who provide them.

The presence of content on UNALGORA does not mean that UNALGORA endorses, verifies, agrees with, or guarantees the accuracy of that content.

Users may encounter opinions or information they disagree with or consider inaccurate.

Platform rules and moderation may restrict or remove content where necessary, but moderation does not constitute endorsement of material that remains available.

3. Circles and local moderation

Circles are communities created and operated by users.

Circle Owners, Admins, and Moderators may establish and enforce local community rules within the permissions provided by UNALGORA.

A Circle's rules and moderation decisions belong to that Circle's management and do not necessarily represent the views of UNALGORA.

Local Circle rules cannot override platform-wide requirements, safety measures, or applicable law.

UNALGORA may take platform-level action where reasonably necessary regardless of a Circle's local rules or moderation decisions.

4. Chronological feed

UNALGORA is designed not to rank ordinary feed content according to likes, comments, predicted engagement, popularity, or advertising value.

Eligible posts from the people and Circles a user deliberately chooses are generally presented newest first.

This does not mean that no software logic is involved in constructing a feed.

UNALGORA must still apply ordinary technical rules such as:

• privacy and audience permissions
• friendship and Circle membership
• blocking and muting
• deleted or unavailable content
• pagination
• user-selected feed controls
• security and moderation restrictions

These eligibility rules are different from engagement-based recommendation or popularity ranking.

5. Public content and search engines

Content designated Public may be accessible to people who are not logged in and may be discovered, cached, archived, quoted, linked to, or indexed by third parties and search engines.

UNALGORA may provide controls that request search engines not to index certain pages, such as a user's profile.

Those controls cannot guarantee immediate removal from third-party search indexes or caches.

Once information has been publicly available, UNALGORA cannot guarantee that copies have not been retained elsewhere.

Users should consider this before publishing information publicly.

6. Private content

UNALGORA applies access controls intended to restrict Friends-only posts, Private Circle content, messages, and other non-public information according to the service's rules.

No online system can promise absolute confidentiality or immunity from technical failure, security incidents, unauthorized access, user screenshots, copying, or lawful disclosure.

Users should therefore avoid sharing information they cannot tolerate being exposed under any circumstances.

7. Private messages are not end-to-end encrypted

UNALGORA private-message text is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS and is encrypted before database storage using the service's application-layer encryption system.

UNALGORA messaging is not end-to-end encrypted.

The service can technically decrypt messages when necessary to operate the messaging system or for legitimate security, moderation, support, abuse investigation, or legal purposes.

Users who require a communications system in which the service operator is cryptographically unable to access message contents should use a dedicated end-to-end encrypted messaging service instead.

8. External links and third-party content

Users may share links to websites, videos, services, or resources operated by third parties.

UNALGORA does not control those external services and is not responsible for their:

• availability
• accuracy
• security
• privacy practices
• content
• purchases
• terms

Link previews and thumbnails are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

Users should evaluate third-party websites independently before providing information, downloading files, or making purchases.

9. No professional advice

User-generated content may discuss health, medicine, nutrition, law, finance, technology, politics, education, or other specialized subjects.

Such content should not automatically be treated as professional advice merely because it appears on UNALGORA.

Users remain responsible for evaluating information and obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.

UNALGORA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or suitability of advice provided by users.

10. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the information they publish and for ensuring that their use of UNALGORA complies with applicable law and platform rules.

Users should not upload or distribute material they do not have the right to share.

Public visibility settings should be chosen with the understanding that Public content may be seen and copied by others.

11. Moderation and enforcement

UNALGORA aims to support broad lawful expression, but use of the platform is not unrestricted.

UNALGORA may restrict or remove content, accounts, Circles, or functionality where reasonably necessary for safety, platform integrity, legal compliance, enforcement of platform rules, or protection of users and infrastructure.

Content involving unlawful exploitation, child sexual abuse material, prohibited terrorist support or facilitation, and other content prohibited by applicable law or platform rules is not protected merely because UNALGORA supports freedom of expression.

Legitimate journalistic, academic, historical, documentary, critical, or educational discussion should not be treated as equivalent to unlawful promotion or facilitation solely because it discusses difficult subjects.

12. Availability and data loss

UNALGORA makes reasonable efforts to operate and protect the service, but software, hardware, networks, hosting infrastructure, security systems, and third-party services can fail.

UNALGORA cannot guarantee that content will always remain available or recoverable.

Users should retain independent copies of important information or media.

13. Security

UNALGORA uses security measures intended to reduce risk, but no website or online service is completely secure.

The existence of security features should not be interpreted as a guarantee against:

• unauthorized access
• account compromise
• software vulnerabilities
• data loss
• service disruption
• malicious activity

Security issues may be corrected as they are discovered.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UNALGORA is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every feature will always operate exactly as expected.

UNALGORA is not responsible for decisions users make solely on the basis of user-generated content, third-party links, or information obtained through the service.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes

UNALGORA may update this Disclaimer when the service materially changes.

The date at the top identifies the current version.
